What’s been happening:

I spent several years in Baltimore, MD designing large scale commercial solar heating systems all over the USA and one in Egypt. I then wrote the ASHRAE Active Solar Design Manual that is now in print. Then for 17 years in the Baltimore area I designed about 100 residential houses and additions. Most of them upscale and for doctors, attorneys and even built a famous Baltimore Oriole Player's House (did not design but was in charge of costing it out and construction management). My last job before becoming disabled was inspecting Commercial job sites in Maryland, Virgina and DC to okay payments from the bank. I inspected about 80 sites a month. I also did some Environmental Inspections and some Building Condition Reports. I was only able to do all of these jobs because of my 3 associated degrees from PSU in Uniontown.
